Faster notifications for important mentions

That's why we continuously work to ensure that, as a user of All Ears, you can quickly and easily stay informed about what matters most to you and your company. One of our key focus areas is to provide valuable insights based on what you monitor with us.

A little while ago, we launched the Insights feature, where you quickly get an overview of the most important events within your search area. Have you been mentioned on the iTunes top list? Have your mentions suddenly increased, and are you being talked about more than usual? You also receive insights based on sentiment.

We have now launched another insight feature, namely instant notifications for important mentions! You can now be notified by email immediately when an important mention has been identified, i.e. high reach mentions with negative or positive sentiment.
